Thanks for the great info. I have one question. When I give the affiliate 100% commission on the sale of the report, which is sent directly to their paypal account, how do I get the name and email address into my aweber account? The affiliate sends everyone directly to the sales page with their paypal address in the link, so using an opt in form made in aweber is not an option.

Good info in a general sort of way (for me). I really am a nuts and bolts kind of a guy when I’m “boldly going where no man has gone before”. Step by step details would be nice.
As a newbie, your 4 step plan is like finally finding everything you need to do under one rock with the directions to the rock. So many so called gurus remind me of a chef that has a great recipe but they just leave out one or two ingredients. You have revealed it all! Finally it makes sense and it increases a persons confidence when you do each of the steps and you see results which in turns puts money in your pocket instead of a constant drain from your bank account.

I am using your advice and products for a while. Last year I bought Covert Affiliate Links, I am still using it. I am a member of Affiliate Cash Secrets as well.
The 4-steps Plan is no exception; it is a superb way to summarize the techniques to become an affiliate without to pay for traffic. I think for newbies the hard part is to recruit an affiliate teams and this is because everybody want big names, and the gurus don’t really have time for newbies. This is what I appreciate about you, you make time for the beginners to explain, create software and other training materials with a unique purpose – of helping people start on the right foot.

In step 1 of your plan you discuss selecting existing affiliate marketing products from Clickbank to provide as affiliate products to your own affiliate network.
You say “Successful affiliates are usually busy trying to generate traffic and they have very little time to look for new products and plan campaigns. So you want to make it copy-and-paste easy for them to promote you.
You need to give them tools they can use to promote your product and then give them an action plan to implement…”
Successful affiliates are probably already well aware of these techniques themselves, and know how to find winning products on Clickbank, otherwise they would not be successful affiliates.
You then provide a list of 6 things to suggest to your affiliates to help them market your affiliate product. Thin is, you have to provide them the add text, the banners, articles, etc. Granted, these items may already be provided by the product creator who is listing it on Clickbank, otherwise, you have a heck of a lot of marketing materials to create. Point being, that your suggestions are for newbies, just getting started, and the skills necessary to create these marketing materials is likely beyond the scope of their abilities.
IMHO, the methods you are detailing are good for somebody who Has Their Own Product to promote, not for a newbie affiliate marketer looking to find their niche in the marketplace.

I really enjoyed your 4 step plan. I’d like to point out that marketers should use their creativity when contacting potential JV partners. You shared a very effective e-mail with us, so imagine how much more powerful it will be when we kick it up a notch by actually picking up the phone and making voice contact with our future affiliate. Or how about sending a real letter instead of just an e-mail which is so easy to delete. Thanks for your informative posts.

You are going waaay to fast for me.
Whilst reading I stopped dead at “When a lead makes a purchase, they get added to a customer list and removed from the lead list (this step can be automated).” Can you tell me how to do that automatically? Appreciate it.
Also, you mentioned getting on about 50 lists, then you say if we contact about 500. Where are they other 450 people coming from? I’m confused. In addition, is there a way to automate emailing 500 folks to ask for a JV? That seems like a daunting task to me.
P.S. I’m currently working on step-2. I have the product and the page ready. Now I have to go and do all those other things you said to do. Dang. I think I may outsource some of this stuff because it is taking me quite a bit of time.
P.P.S. What exactly is a registration page that adds buyers to a list? Can you give me an example.

i really don’t understand a lot of what you are trying to tell me. How do you get resell rights? I have tried everything and yes i am on information overload. It seems to me after seeing your report i have been spending way too much time on traffic exchanges–in fact i spend at least an hour a day sometimes 4 hours. I have no downlines.I have joined almost everything that comes along and i try to stay focused. I will take all the help i can get. I have been trying affiliate marketing( i think) promoting others websites for 2 years and have not made anything. The only money has been from clicksense. I will take all the help you can give me.

If I choose a product from Clickbank to promote, then why would someone want to be an affiliate under me-wouldn’t it be better for them to go straight to clickbank and get their own hoplink to promote the product?
